1. Personal data and responsibility
Personal data includes information that identifies you directly or indirectly. A visitor identifier is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Privacy and account deletion requests can be sent to info@tikpluspro.com.
2. Data we process
Depending on the features you use, we process your email address, password hash, Google account identifier and sign-in information; TikTok username, public profile, images, video information and verification results; coin balances, orders, payment amounts and transaction status. We also process IP addresses, browser details, referring pages, approximate country/location, session records and messages you send us. With analytics permission, a browser visitor identifier and daily visits can be linked to profile verification or registration source in our internal conversion records.
The application also includes email subscription status and email-link click records. If you enable browser notifications, push subscription details and notification preferences are processed; browser notification permission is separate from the cookie categories.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use these records to manage accounts, provide services, fulfil orders, assist customers, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems. Optional analytics helps us understand use of the service. Account and payment processing, security and legal obligations require separate legal grounds; they do not all rely on cookie consent. Registration includes acceptance of the terms and privacy notice. This is not blanket consent to every processing activity. Contract formation/performance for accounts and orders, applicable legal obligations and the conditions for security processing are assessed separately. Optional analytics and advertising permissions are managed separately. The specific grounds and any necessary legitimate-interest assessment must be completed before publication.
4. Service providers and payments
Google provides optional sign-in and Analytics, and reCAPTCHA where configured for security. Public TikTok profile requests use GoFame and, as a fallback, BoostMyFollowers; images may be retrieved from TikTok or provider servers. FreeIPAPI receives the IP address for country and currency determination. Payment card fields pass through our application server to PayTR, together with relevant payment details. Email and hosting services also process data needed for delivery and operation. We do not claim that TikPlusPro never receives card data. Our hosting provider is Hostinger, with servers in Germany. Hostinger is not the only recipient: the Google, PayTR, TikTok profile providers and FreeIPAPI integrations described above also process relevant data. Configured SMM providers may receive target profile/video links and quantities to fulfil orders. The full email, notification and SMM recipient list and contracts require verification.
5. International processing
Google and other providers may process data outside your country. The applicable recipients, locations and transfer safeguards must be explained for the actual service configuration. Cookie consent alone does not establish a legal basis for every international transfer. Hosting with Hostinger in Germany means data is stored outside Türkiye. Google and other providers may also process data internationally. We currently have no specific international data transfer agreement. This notice or acceptance at registration does not replace a missing agreement or safeguard. Applicable transfer conditions, recipient countries and required measures remain subject to legal review before publication.
6. Security
Email passwords are stored as hashes, and session and abuse prevention mechanisms support account security. No system can guarantee complete protection. Do not send passwords or payment card details in support messages.
7. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the data category, service needs and applicable obligations. Request account deletion through info@tikpluspro.com; unsubscribing from email is a separate action and does not delete the account. Withdrawal of optional consent stops future collection controlled by that preference; it does not automatically erase existing server or provider records. Account data is kept while the service continues; users may request deletion. Applicable duties to delete data without a request must also be considered when the purpose and legal grounds cease. Technical logs in our own server environment are cleaned every three months; this is not a promise that every entry has a maximum retention of exactly 90 days. No unverified periods are specified for provider records, backups or statutory retention.
Confirming account deletion in the side menu closes access and invalidates sessions, tokens, the password and Google connection. Pending payments are settled; existing orders are completed using the necessary delivery data. No new order or automatic refund is created. Personal profile data, social connections and remaining coins are then removed. If there is no order, deletion finishes by removing remaining coins after the payment settles. Order and payment records, amounts, currencies, transaction references, dates and statuses are retained for necessary processing and applicable legal retention; a technical account record with personal fields cleared maintains the links. These records are not necessarily anonymous. Unfinished or uncertain transactions require review; contact info@tikpluspro.com about your request. Provider records, logs and backups are not erased instantly. Retention scope, grounds, periods and the periodic erasure schedule must be verified before publication; indefinite retention is not promised.
8. Cookie Policy
Essential technologies support login, sessions, security and service preferences and are not switched off in our consent panel. Analytics and Advertising are separate optional categories, denied until permission is recorded. Google Analytics 4 measures page views, interactions, signup dialog activity and conversion events after analytics permission. Our event filter excludes email, passwords, card details and free-form profile data, and limits URLs and event parameters. This does not make all measurements anonymous: Google receives technical connection and browser data.
Consent preferences are stored in localStorage as tikpluspro_analytics_consent and tikpluspro_ads_consent; sessionStorage or memory is used if persistent storage is unavailable. These preferences and the visitor_id identifier have no application-defined automatic expiry. Other browser storage supports profile and country preferences. A temporary conversion selection in sessionStorage expires when read after 30 minutes or is removed when consumed. Session cookies and provider cookies have their own lifetimes; browser storage duration is not the same as server retention.
You can reopen Cookie Settings from the side menu, or the footer on pages with that link, and change or withdraw either optional permission. The application attempts to remove accessible analytics/advertising cookies on withdrawal; browser settings can remove remaining storage. Clearing storage may show the choice again. Refusing optional categories does not disable essential account functions.
AdSense is prepared for site verification; ad loading is disabled in the reviewed configuration. The verification meta tag itself sets no cookies. If advertising is enabled later, it remains subject to advertising permission and regional requirements. Google and enabled advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology for personalised or non-personalised ads; personalisation can take earlier visits to this or other sites into account. Our current panel offers an Advertising category, not a separate personalisation switch. Non-personalised ads may still use storage. Google ad preferences are also available through the link below.
9. External services
External services apply their own privacy information. Google explains its processing on partner sites and its cookie technologies in the links below. Our custom consent panel is not a Google-certified CMP; advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland needs a separate assessment of Google CMP and IAB TCF requirements before activation.
The video on our homepage is provided through YouTube (Google). The player does not load until you start the video, and no request is sent to YouTube before then; the cover image shown comes from our own server. When you start the video, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com. Google may then process data such as your IP address, browser information and your interactions with the video, and may use cookies or similar storage on your device. This processing does not depend on the Analytics and Advertising choices in our consent panel; it happens only when you start the video. You can keep using the site without watching it. Google’s privacy policy applies to this processing.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including KVKK and GDPR where relevant, you may request information/access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and, where applicable, obtain portability or complain to the competent authority. Conditions and legal exceptions apply. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; exercising a right is not automatically an account cancellation.
11. Contact and changes
Send privacy and deletion requests to info@tikpluspro.com, identifying the account concerned without sharing passwords. Material changes to processing or choices require appropriate notice and, where necessary, a new choice; continued browsing is not blanket acceptance.
