Terms of Use

TikPlusPro (hereinafter referred to as 'We/Our') is a Turkey-based company that provides TikTok visibility enhancement services. Pricing is determined based on the number of Followers, Likes, and/or Views delivered.

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') is to define how you, the customer ('You/Your'), can use our services ('Service').

These Terms may be updated and/or amended periodically as services evolve. In such case, you will be notified via email one month before the updates take effect. Your continued access to or use of our services after being informed of these updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This version of our Terms is effective as of May 2024.

1. REGISTRATION

  • 1.1 Our service can be accessed without creating an account.
  • 1.2 During payment, you will be required to enter the information necessary for the proper provision of our service.
  • 1.3 As a customer, you guarantee the accuracy and correctness of the information you provide us and confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to subscribe to our service in the country where you reside.
  • 1.4 Please note that identity theft or providing false information may lead to legal action against you, including criminal charges.

2. PAYMENT

  • 2.1 The cost of the service is as follows: The initial fee is determined based on the number of Followers, Likes, and/or Views delivered (detailed prices are available on the website).
  • 2.2 All prices include all applicable taxes.
  • 2.3 Payments are made in Turkish Lira via our website using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Our website uses a secure online payment system that ensures encrypted transmission of your banking data.
  • 2.4 Purchased coins used for TikTok Followers, Likes, and/or Views are non-refundable once the service has started. Once the coins are used, no refunds or cancellations are possible under any circumstances.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • 3.1 The right of withdrawal is not applicable after the coins have been used. Before the service starts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of sending the confirmation.
  • 3.2 Withdrawal requests must be sent via email, and a withdrawal confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided during registration.
  • 3.3 When exercising your right of withdrawal, the amount you paid will be refunded to you within 5 (five) to 10 (ten) days after receiving your request. The refund will be made using the payment method used during registration.
  • 3.4 If you reside in Switzerland, the right of withdrawal is not applicable. Requests in this context will be processed as cancellations without the right to a refund.

4. SERVICE OPERATION

  • 4.1 After completing your contract, you must wait up to 48 hours to receive the Followers, Likes, and/or Views.
  • 4.2 You can only request a larger quantity through another order.
  • 4.3 Prohibited actions:
    • Sharing your membership access;
    • Selling, copying, renting, lending, distributing, transferring, or sublicensing any content from the site or our service, or using our service for professional purposes;
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of our subcontractors or engaging in any activity that may negatively affect the performance, functionality, or quality of the site or our service;
    • Misusing the site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious programs;
    • Using our service for spam;
    • Engaging in any conduct that could damage our reputation through our service or externally (e.g., on social media).

5. TERMINATION

  • 5.1 Termination by the customer. Due to the nature of our service, cancellation is not possible.
  • 5.2 Termination by TikPlusPro. We reserve the right to terminate our collaboration, in which case we will notify you via email. In the event of a violation of these Terms, especially but not limited to non-compliance with Article 4.3, we may suspend your account during the necessary investigations and, if appropriate, immediately terminate your contract. In cases of suspension or termination, prior notification will be sent to the email address provided at registration.
  • 5.3 Termination under this clause does not entitle you to a refund, unless the termination results from our inability to continue operating our service.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • 6.1 All content provided as part of our service, including scripts, dialogues, editing guides, videos, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of TikPlusPro or content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
  • 6.2 The trademarks on the site are registered trademarks of TikPlusPro. TikPlusPro's trademarks may not be used in any way that causes confusion among customers or disparages TikPlusPro.
  • 6.3 You may not use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) without TikPlusPro's written permission.
  • 6.4 You are permitted to create a hyperlink to TikPlusPro's homepage, provided the link does not portray TikPlusPro or its partners in a misleading or derogatory manner.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 7.1 Our site and all information, content, materials, and services provided via this site are offered by TikPlusPro 'as is'. TikPlusPro makes no express or implied warranties.
  • 7.2 TikPlusPro disclaims all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • 7.3 If the laws in your country do not allow certain limitations, some exclusions may not apply to you.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

  • 8.1 By visiting TikPlusPro, you agree that the laws of Turkey will govern these Terms and any dispute that may arise between you and TikPlusPro.

9. DISPUTES

  • 9.1 Any dispute related to your visit to TikPlusPro will be submitted to confidential arbitration in Turkey. TikPlusPro reserves the right to seek legal action in case of intellectual property rights violations.

10. SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

  • 10.1 We reserve the right to make changes to our site and policies at any time. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
